What a Kaloud trade account is
One relationship with the brand that makes the product, rather than a chain of middlemen who each take a turn at the margin. Here is exactly how it runs.
Who we open accounts for
Kaloud sells to businesses. That means a hookah lounge or shisha bar, a smoke shop or tobacconist, a specialty or lifestyle retailer, an established distributor, or a hospitality group buying for its own venues. We ask for the business name, the market, and something that shows the business trades: a licence, a storefront, a website, a registration number.
We do not open trade accounts for individuals buying for personal use. The retail store at kaloud.com is the right place for that.
Pricing is issued, never published
Every approved account carries its own rate. It is attached to the account rather than handed out as a code, which is what keeps a partner's pricing from leaking into the open market and undercutting the shelf you are building.
Set with your terms
Agreed when the account is approved, based on the range you carry and the volume you expect to move through it.
Applied per line
Depth on a single item is rewarded on that item. Breaks stack on top of your rate at set quantities, so a serious line earns more than a spread of ones and twos.
Quoted, not coded
Krysalis Calix and Eltheria systems are priced by quote through the desk rather than discounted automatically. Ask and you get a real number for your order.
Two ways to place an order
Same pricing, same breaks, same invoice. Nothing about the portal is compulsory.
The partner portal
Sign in and the whole catalog is already priced for you. Build the order, submit it, and an invoice comes back against your account. Your history, your invoices and the official asset library sit in the same place.
Purchase order
If your buying runs on paper, send the purchase order to the desk and it is entered for you. The invoice and the history land in exactly the same place as a portal order.

At no cost, from the day you are approved.
